1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "4jljl" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 4jljl.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 4jljl platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on 4jljl through which gaming activity is conducted.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in their 4jljl account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by 4jljl that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification procedures required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet through eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 4jljl, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or promotional terms communicated to you during your use of the platform.

These Terms are available in English and represent the sole and complete agreement between the Player and 4jljl. Any prior representations, discussions, or understandings not reflected in these Terms are superseded by this document.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and engage in any real-money gaming activity on 4jljl. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. 4jljl conducts age verification as part of the KYC process, and any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed with all balances forfeited pending regulatory review.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

4jljl is licensed to operate within the Philippines. Players must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during all gaming sessions. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Legal Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law, that you are not acting on behalf of any other person, and that you are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 4jljl or any of its affiliated entities.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 4jljl account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Any provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 4jljl reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity (government-issued ID, proof of address) at any time.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. 4jljl will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password. You must immediately notify 4jljl at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4jljl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-regulated payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and Visa/Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction in the 4jljl Cashier. 4jljl reserves the right to impose maximum deposit and withdrawal limits based on account verification status, regulatory requirements, or risk assessment outcomes.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same verified payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. Processing times vary by method but standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes during business hours. Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification or compliance review.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on 4jljl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 4jljl is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your financial institution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 4jljl are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to: applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, maximum convertible amount, and expiry date. Where no specific terms are stated, the General Bonus Terms in this section apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times on eligible games before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Bets placed on excluded games, or bets that hedge or counter one another, do not contribute to wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

4jljl takes bonus integrity seriously. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns, or any other method deemed abusive by 4jljl will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 4jljl use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed in the individual game information panels.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including server disruption, network disconnection, or software error — 4jljl will resolve the affected round according to the game's published rules and the last verifiable game state. 4jljl's determination in such cases is final and binding, subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, ball drawn, etc.) as captured by live cameras. In the event of camera failure or dealing error, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned to players.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4jljl platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or facilitating account sharing
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity information
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or 4jljl employees
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160 as amended)
• Engaging in charge-back or payment reversal fraud
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location
• Accessing the platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, referral to law enforcement, and reporting to PAGCOR as required by 4jljl's regulatory obligations.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, game titles, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 4jljl platform are the exclusive property of 4jljl or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of 4jljl's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of Philippine intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 4jljl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

4jljl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

4jljl does not warrant that the platform will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

11 Responsible Gaming

4jljl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We provide the following tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your Account Settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-based logout.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 By 4jljl

4jljl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; chargebacks; provision of false identity documents; or regulatory direction from PAGCOR. In the event of account closure for non-fraud reasons, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

12.2 By the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided upon closure. Real Money Balance will be released within seven (7) business days following completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification procedures.

13 Amendments to These Terms

4jljl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 4jljl, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the 4jljl customer support channel. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the first formal forum, followed by the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, if required.
